Human Rights

Humanists are deeply committed to human rights.

The Human Rights Act 1998 incorporates the Council of Europe’s Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) into UK law, including its guarantee of freedom of religion or belief

We use the Human Rights Act and the Equality Act 2006 to ensure equality between people of different beliefs, to promote individual human rights and to prevent against discrimination.

Remembrance Sunday Campaign
